Configuration

We configure both local and offsite backups and just as importantly, we audit those backups on a monthly basis. And what about security? Updates

Software companies release updates to address compatibility issues, security issues, and functionality. Sometimes those updates are installed automatically, sometimes they’re not. Sometimes updates are optional but people don’t know which to install. Unfortunately, some updates will cause more problems than they prevent. And of course, sometimes automated updates simply fail. Preventative Maintenance

We manage everything so that you can focus on your business. We’ll bring your network up to speed and keep you on cruise control with our monthly maintenance. We’ll do our work after-hours so you’re not interrupted. If a problem comes up, we can easily remote into your computer and get you going ASAP. If and when there’s a hardware failure that can’t be prevented, we’re going to bend over backwards to help you as fast as we can.
