AMB Computer Services was founded with two goals in mind. The first goal was to provide outstanding technical support for small businesses and home office users. The second goal was to complement the strong technical support with equally high levels of customer service. By hiring skilled technicians with backgrounds in customer service, AMB is able to meet these goals.
Marketing
While other companies focus their time and money on expensive marketing campaigns, AMB Computer Services concentrates on providing customer service that earns repeat customers and word-of-mouth referrals. This strategy has been successful in capturing new business while giving our customers excellent service they can afford.
 Ownership
AMB Computer Services was founded by and is owned by Jason C. Tracey. Jason is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and has over 10 years of experience in the technical field. He has held positions ranging from Desktop Support to IT Operations Manager.
