Managed services means that we do more work proactively and less work reactively.  When our clients have issues, they’re usually small issues that can be fixed quickly. The work we do prevents small problems from becoming big ones. And because we’re familiar with your network, we’re better able to fix your problems in a timely manner instead of spending our time (and your money) trying to figure out how things work each time you call.

In our early days as a company, we took on clients that preferred ongoing maintenance as well as clients that only called us when something stopped working. We learned that customers that didn’t sign up for preventative maintenance usually spent just as much money as those with ongoing support agreements. The only difference was that clients without monitoring and maintenance experienced more downtime, more frustration, and it was hit or miss whether they had reliable backups down the road.  Ultimately they were bad clients because they somehow expected us to prevent them from having problems despite never letting us do anything proactively. That’s why we evolved into being a managed service provider.  Our clients like the results far better and it’s less stressful for everyone!”
